As a performer and educator I am constantly working on basics such as posture, practice techniques and artistic planning and programming. This week I had the tremendous privilege of giving the world premiere of a work for Viola and Organ by Swedish composer Tommie Haglund. My friend and colleague, John Miller ws the organist for this performance.

Bringing new works to life is such an important part of being a musician. Equally important is bringing the same intensity, curiosity and passion to every piece of music, no matter if its a student work that I am teaching to a student or a chamber music program.
Here is a link to the premiere. I hope you enjoy.
