The Journey IS the Destination

As my own musical journey continues I am increasingly interested in guiding students of the Violin and Viola to find their own path. My focus as a mentor in this process is to help the student (of any age and level) to play with more physical ease, organize their preparation time more successfully and help the student find the keys to his or her own storytelling powers. A proper understanding of posture, positioning of the right an left hands and arms, how to prepare for auditions, college supplemental videos, and public performances: these are skills I have focused on for over 30 years as a performer and educator at festivals, universities as well as the beginner level. I am eager to share what I have learned and help you or your child to unlock their potential!
